There are a variety of factors that go into each piece that will affect the length of time it takes to paint, but due to the nature of oil paint, it will take a minimum of 3 months for the painting to cure, 6 months if you would like it varnished (or, if local, I can come to your home 6 months later to varnish it, if preferred).
